The studio consists of a 120m2 set, four cameras, a 10x3m LED screen, and an auditorium that can comfortably accommodate an audience of 250 people.

The studio operates continuously every day of the year and the broadcasting and administration have been entrusted to partners VIAPASS et NOVELTY, experienced professionals.

Choose a venue for your hybrid event is important
If you have a hybrid event to organise, the venue you choose for your event should take into consideration :
The possibility of live streaming from a well-equipped studio,
a dedicated space for the control room,
a high-performance network, wifi,
a dedicated professional technical team
but also meeting spaces allowing social distancing, indoor and outdoor spaces to host your breaks, cocktails and meals.
Another important specification is that the venue must be able to manage all the health constraints in force.
The choice will depend on the size of the event, the number of participants expected to attend the event, the budget for offering both a physical and a virtual event.

By using the studios set up at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes or the CEC in Mandelieu, you will be using the partner technical team of these venues. However, you have the possibility of using other partners for other additional services with whom you already work or whom we can advise you.
